Calculating Statistics with the Summarize Within Tool
The Summarize Within tool calculates statistics in areas where an input layer overlaps a boundary layer. This GeoSnap walks through an example of how you can use this tool in the ArcGIS Online Map Viewer to evaluate tree counts and statistics broken down by neighbourhood boundaries.
