Hawjin Falahatkar

Hawjin Falahatkar is an Associate GIS Analyst based in Calgary, AB. With a B.Sc. in Urban Planning, an M.A. in Urban Design and an M.Sc. in Geography, she has developed a multidisciplinary background that supports her interest in using GIS and geospatial tools to address urban issues. She is currently exploring the applications of GeoAI and spatial analysis to better connect GIS, artificial intelligence and urban systems for more informed decision-making. Outside of work, Hawjin enjoys reading, painting, hiking and gardening.
