Jessica McCann

Jessica McCann is a Support Enablement Consultant at Esri Canada. Since 2008, she has supported customers with a wide range of Esri products. In her current role, she supports readiness efforts and operations for Esri Canada’s Customer Support team. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with majors in Geography and Education and a minor in History from the University of Moncton, as well as a Certificate in Cartography: Digital Mapping from the Centre of Geographic Sciences (COGS). Jessica enjoys the outdoor as a former coach in orienteering and biathlon and spends summers camping with her children. She is also fully bilingual in French and English.
