Nishal Shah is a Senior Solutions Support Consultant with Esri Canada. He holds an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Environmental & Urban Planning and a Certificate in GIS and Remote Sensing. He provides technical support for Cityworks and other GIS-centric platforms, works closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions, assists with system upgrades and troubleshoots complex software issues. He has a strong understanding of Cityworks and its integration within enterprise GIS systems, enabling him to provide high-quality support and guidance to customers. He collaborates with Esri’s Professional Services teams and focuses on proactive initiatives to empower users and ensure project success.
